Yes, and another 1.22million canadian dollars (http://www.tribute.ca/boxoffice), 777 thousand euros in Italy (http://www.everyeye.it/cinema/notizia/incassi-box-office-in-italia-weekend-dal-20-11-2009-al-22-11-2009_65380). That's all I could find so far but grosses from Argentina, Malaysia, Russia and Ukraine are still missing, which should add another million or three.
According to the list of top animated films on boxofficemojo, the animated films that grossed 12-13 million in USA on their first weekend went on to total 30-80 million in american theaters (http://www.boxofficemojo.com/genres/chart/?id=computeranimation.htm).
I'm not sure exactly how high were the production and publicity costs for this film, so I don't know if the news is good or bad, but it certainly isn't the blockbuster we were all waiting for. And we can probably forget about the Oscars :P
$12,600,000 first weekend, snif :_(
